Below are a few examples of projects currently underway with Land & Design, Inc. or that have been completed in recent past.

Located within the Anaheim Resort Area and less than 1 mile from the Disneyland front gate, Land & Design, Inc. is currently underway with this $180 million project consisting of one (1) Full Service hotel of 350 keys, 25,000 sf of conference and meeting space, a full service restaurant/bar, spa and vacation casitas, two (2) Limited Service hotels consisting of a total of 300 keys, restaurant/retail/entertainment space of approximately 35,000 square feet and a 1,000 car parking structure.  The project is schedule to be open in 2015.

In partnership with JMR Properties, Inc. and located in Santee, CA, Land & Design, Inc. is developing 165 multi-family apartments for rent within RiverView at Santee.  Directly adjacent to Santee Trolley Square this much needed multi-family will be a missing piece of the Santee puzzle to complete the Santee Town Center Specific Plan.

These apartments will be showcased as the only property where the tenant will be renting a “net-zero” energy use apartment, whereby the facility will be generating more power than it uses.

Palm Terrace located in La Mesa CA supported 35 total units on approximately 1 acre with amazing views.  This condominium project was fully entitled and approved by the City of La Mesa.

One of the first projects of its kind, this 1 Megawatt photovoltaic system provides a tremendous amount of energy while also providing shade for RV storage in Santee, CA.

Solar Integration through SDG&E sustainable communities program in Bressi Ranch - Carlsbad, CA

San Diego Christian College engaged Land & Design in Construction Management Services for their CUP Application and Approval through the City of Santee as well as complete CM services for approximately 55,000 sf of tenant improvements at RiverView Professional Center, Santee CA.
